REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refunds
- Full Refund: Available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content is completed.
- Partial Refund: If 20%-50% of the course is completed within the first 14 days, a 50% refund may be issued.
- No Refund: No refunds if more than 50% of the course is completed or if requested after 14 days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable materials such as e-books and supplementary resources.
- Subscription fees for ongoing services or memberships.
- Custom or personalized courses.
Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: Contact support at support@thelaunchpad.co.in within 14 days with order details and reason.
- Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.
Conditions for Refunds
- Course Access: Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through The Launchpad. If more than 50% of the course is accessed, a refund may be denied.
- Technical Issues: Report issues within 7 days of purchase. If unresolved, a refund may be issued.
- Instructor-Provided Content: Refunds may be considered if course content is significantly different from its description or is of poor quality.
Exchanges and Credits
- Course Exchanges: Available within 14 days for another course of equal or lesser value, subject to refund eligibility criteria.
- Store Credits: May be offered as an alternative to refunds or exchanges.
